tinyEnt Studios at PAX 2021
Three-fourths of the tinyEnt team at PAX
The majority of the tiny team attended PAX West this year and we decided to celebrate our upcoming project by giving away magnets that look like our protagonist, R-NT!
A prominent feature in our game involves using magnetism to avoid danger and move through the play space. This seemed like an excellent opportunity to put Max's 3D printer to use, while also giving us a great way to introduce people to the cute ship design created by Krysten.
The images below follow the progression of creating the magnets. We printed the ship in multiple parts and then recruited our friends to help us paint the little fella.

Handing these out at PAX was a great experience and it helped us get better at explaining the project. Hopefully R-NT will dutifully hold objects on refrigerators for years to come!
Progress has been moving along as the game approaches an Alpha-ready state. We can't wait to share more details soon!
